What if we’re not based near each other … can we still work together?

Totally! Most of my work is done online.
When it comes to the Brand DNA Workshops and Creative Brainstorm Sessions I can certainly do these online as well, however, I find you get much more out of the sessions when done in person.
With content shoots and video production, I work with an amazing group of contacts all over Australia and I am always happy to travel, so no matter where you need to shoot your campaigns, I can make it work!

Can I send my products to you to create content?

Absolutely, I work this way with clients all the time.
I can create lo-fi social content at home in my studio, or organise a full studio or location shoot without you ever needing to leave your office. Happy days!

What are your payment terms?

Invoices will be sent on a monthly basis if the client has ongoing work with me, unless otherwise agreed upon. With larger projects 50% of the total sum is to be paid upfront before work commences and then the remaining 50% paid once the project has been completed and delivered. All payments are to be made and cleared within 14 days of receiving the invoice.

Why do I need to pay 50% upfront for bigger projects?

For larger projects I require a 50% payment upfront in order to book out my time, secure studios, gather props etc., and to ensure your project can be completed quickly and efficiently.

How far in advance do I need to book a job in?

This really depends on the size of the project. I work in a nimble fashion, so will always do my best to work towards your timeframe. If you do have a large project in the pipeline, it’s best to contact me ASAP so I can get you booked in and prioritise the job.

How long will you take to complete my project?

Again, this completely depends on the job in hand. It’s always best to chat to me in person so I can understand your exact requirements and give you an accurate quote on delivery times.
Here are a few examples of project times:
- For larger jobs such as Brand and Identity projects, these usually take between 1-3 months.
- Simple websites take between 1-4 weeks.
- Ecommerce websites take between 3-8 weeks.
- Smaller jobs such as simple logo design or collateral can take a few days to a week.
- Product content can be turned around within a week of receiving products.
- Larger studio shoots can be turned around within 3 weeks from finalised brief.

How many revisions/iterations do I get on the designs before the final delivery?

I give 2 revisions on designs, and I allow time for these revisions in my delivery quotes. I can however accommodate more revisions at the clients request for an extra cost.
