SQUADIFY
A re-branding and website design project to re-launch Squadify in a newly-evolved market.
Introduction
Squadify improves team performance and team dynamics. It’s a simple, effective tool that allows teams to assess, track and develop their team and task work to drive optimal outcomes and performance.
The technology behind the brand had grown extremely quickly and were now they were after a brand identity and visuals to match the success, energy and impact of this team-tech tool.
I led a brand DNA workshop with the Squadify team to help them define their target audience and discover their brand personality and positioning within a new post-covid marketplace. Using this research to then devise their identity; developing their story, creating their brand visuals & codes, defining their personality and tone of voice and implementing their core values.
Brand and Identity
Remaining true to their core values and pioneering DNA, Squadify continues to challenge the norms and adapt to an ever-changing team landscape, becoming the glue for virtual teams and helping coaches recover more quickly, from the impact of the pandemic.
The brand research really showed the sky is the limit for this pioneering brand, as they become the leading authority on team performance; continuing to push the boundaries to make teamwork work.
The brand evolution needed to portray the brand DNA which was a creative combination of being approachable and inclusive yet fun and daring. I injected a bold colour palette into the visuals and devised a logo which imagined teammates from all walks of life coming together and feeling empowered.
I developed full brand style guides, providing creative direction, design guidelines and assets to ensure consistency across all brand touch points.

Website Design
A key part of the brand work was to produce a new website which was simple, bold and injected the fun the brand.
I wanted the website to be an extension of the technology that had been produced; remaining clean, clear and user-friendly.
