Showcasing the Nintendo Switch by pairing up artists to go head-to-head in the ultimate gaming battle; Switch Face-Offs.

Content and Campaign Creation

During my time at Universal Music, Nintendo had approached us and challenged me to devise a content series which would bring together artists and gaming whilst highlighting the Nintendo Switch. The aim was to create and amplify the content with the casual millennial audience.

I devised a concept which would bring to life their ‘Switch Face-Offs’ concept across 3 episodes.

The content series showcased music artists going head-to-head playing Nintendo Switch games in various locations to illustrate the portability of the console, and then taking the game into ‘the real world’ for the ultimate face-off competition.

Over three episodes, we explored a sense of fun with a ‘Play Anywhere’ proposition, whilst taking the artists on a similar journey as that of the game they were playing.
For example; one episode showed Mario Cart Bros being played and then ended the face-off sequence at a Go-Kart track.
